Cancellation Policy for Serenity Hair Loss Retreat:

Thank you for choosing Serenity Hair Loss Retreat as your destination for hair loss treatment and rejuvenation. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:


1. Deposit: Upon making a reservation, a deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.


2. Cancellation 4 Weeks or Less Prior to the Retreat: Unfortunately, any cancellation made within 4 weeks of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund. This is because it becomes very challenging for us to fill the space on short notice, leading to potential financial losses.


3. Alternative Course Offering: In the event that you need to cancel within the specified time frame, we are happy to offer you a space on the next available retreat/course. However, please note that any payment made for the original reservation will be considered non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, and new non refundable deposits to be repaid to book new place on the course .


We highly recommend considering travel insurance or similar coverage to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
